    The Committee on Energy, Industry and Labor, Economic Development and Small Business moves to amend the bill on page seven, section four, line nine, following the word section, by striking the word “seven” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “six”;

    On page sixteen, section six, line twenty-two, following the word “following” by striking the word “ten” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “eleven”;

    On page seventeen, section six, following line eight, by inserting a new subdivision (5) as follows:

    “(5) The AFL-CIO shall nominate three residents of this state for the Governor’s consideration, one of whom the Governor shall appoint;”;

    And renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
